Privacy policy
Your cards stay yours.
Effective August 12, 2026
Habit Deck needs no account, shows no ads, and does not track you. Your habits and their history live on your device. This page explains the few places where any data moves, and why.
What the app stores
Everything you create in Habit Deck, your cards, decks, plays, streaks, and settings, is stored locally on your device. It is included in your normal device backup. We have no server and cannot see any of it.
iCloud sync (Pro)
If you buy Habit Deck Pro, your cards sync between your devices through your own iCloud account, in a private CloudKit database that only your Apple Account can read. The developer cannot access it. iCloud is operated by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Purchases
Payments are processed entirely by Apple. To validate purchases and unlock Pro, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and your purchase history. This is not linked to your name, email, or identity, and it is used only to make your purchase work and restore it on your devices.
Notifications
Reminders are optional and scheduled locally on your device. Nothing about them leaves your phone.
Analytics and tracking
There are none. The app contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no trackers. If privacy-respecting analytics are ever added, this policy will say so first, plainly.
What we never do
- Sell or share your data. There is nothing to sell.
- Ask for an account, email, or personal details.
- Track you across apps or websites.
Children
Habit Deck is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
